I'm a full-stack developer and Information Technologist based in Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. I currently serve as IT Specialist at Rural Bank of Liloy, where I run the bank's IT infrastructure end-to-end. My responsibilities cover everything from servers and security to regulatory reporting under Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and RBAP guidelines.
Outside the bank, I build and ship full-stack web projects, including production websites, internal tools, and inventory systems, using PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL. I also bring a strong design background through TESDA-certified Visual Graphic Design and 2D Animation work.
Recently I've been deepening my work with AI-assisted development, integrating tools like Claude and ChatGPT into my workflow to ship faster without losing the discipline that working in a regulated environment teaches you.
